1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Weekly & Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected plan (weekly or monthly). It is your responsibility to cancel at least [7 days] before the renewal date if you wish to stop future charges.

2. Payment & Billing

2.1 Subscription Fees: All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Prices include taxes and shipping unless specified otherwise.

2.2 Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full subscription amount on a recurring basis until canceled.

3. Cancellations, Renewals, and Modifications

3.1 Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle. You will be charged for the next billing period unless canceled [7 days] in advance.

3.2 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must occur [7 days] before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.

3.3 Modifications: You can adjust your subscription up to [7 days] before renewal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in your subscription unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for third-party delays.

4.2 Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

5.2 Allergies: You assume all responsibility for any allergic reactions or health issues from our products.

6. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, with no jury trial.
